Telemedicine has a great potential in supporting patients care outside the clinic through consultations and monitoring. The mHealth technologies ensure quick monitoring of symptoms always utilizing regular or self-report sensors, mounting the possibility that a deterioration condition will be handled in an appropriate approach (Klasnja & Pratt, 2014). The new text, image, and voice have offered opportunities for clinicians. Medical books have been replaced with an e-book which clinicians can access information quickly at their hand.

The eHealth has assisted clinicians to improve their literacy skills in many settings for different diseases for diverse samples. It has goals which are aimed at promoting the safety of medical; convenience and also patient’s safety via prescribe IT.

To achieve conceptual and functionality, health care institutions should consider if the eHealth model is addressing the long-term needs a shorter needs of the organization. These are finances, policy support and also if it falls within research category. However, the effect the model has on health care tasks is also a strategy which should be considered (Piho, 2015). They should look at how its ease to use by clinicians and also the one which must minimize efforts needed by clinicians to get and act on the system. However, the ease to trains staff on how to use it also is a long term goal, for instance, the cost of training should be considered. However the ability to deliver forms a short goal. It should come out with better results and also accuracy. It should be a coherent model. Coherence is logic making work done once a new e-health service is executed to establish whether users find it as conflicting from current performance, have a collective opinion of its intention, comprehend how it will influence them individually and take hold of its potential advantages.
