Finally, they ensure culture is maintained by enhancing expansion of various industries as well as set a pace for the employees in the future.

In my organization, human resource managers improve the bottom line for the organization through helping to deliver the organization services. The HR focus to attain the goals of the organization as well as accomplish the mission statement.

The recommendations to enhance the HR’s role in the strategic planning of the organization are that they should ensure they align their functions with the business strategy. The role of HR can also be enhanced by ensuring that the strategic selection and recruitment process focus to recognize the right candidates for the position.
